Urogynecological Physiotherapy

Urogynecological physiotherapy is a branch of physiotherapy focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of muscle dysfunctions within the pelvic diaphragm, i.e. the muscles in the lower part of the abdominal cavity and perineum.

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are one of the most common work-related conditions. They affect the back, neck, shoulders and upper limbs, but may also affect the lower limbs. These include any damage or disorder to the joints or other tissues. The spectrum of health problems is wide: from mild pain to more serious illnesses that require time off work or treatment.

Children's Posture Defects

How to correct posture defects in children? The therapy involves carrying out specially selected corrective exercises - adapted to the type of defect and the age of the small patient. During therapy to correct posture defects, it is important to strengthen the postural muscles, abdominal muscles, back muscles and leg extensors. Postural defects are all types of changes and deformations occurring within the musculoskeletal system. It is worth adding that any disorders that deviate from the correct posture tend to gradually deepen. Moreover, various figure deformations should be appropriately corrected using special exercises
